Start with getting your FICO score checked. Search Yahoo for FICO and then “raise FICO” There is a lot of excellent reading out there.
If it’s in the mid 600s or higher, trying looking for some low intro rate credit cards. Otherwise, keep raising your FICO and hold off…. if you can.
