SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Wheat futures posted a fresh 23-month high Friday, rising 1.7% as concerns about Russia’s drought hitting the country’s wheat crop continued and a day after the Eurasian country enacted a temporary ban on wheat exports.
