I have yet to use. as a matter of fact I regret purchasing and amazon is to blame. let me explain. amazon makes puchasing over the internet so easy I use them all the time. It’s safe, quick and secure. also fast deliveries. It only has one fault and thats the sales tax, other than that it’s perfect.

set this product up as it seemed that it would be great. the icon showed up on the initial install and then it went away and have not been able to get it back. It is just sitting on my desk as it will not turn on. will have to send it back

It was easy to install. When I tried to use it the paying page keeps telling you to enter the information, so I don’t think it’s reading the card as it says. But overall I will contact the company and have them help me with it. This seems like a good idea. I just need it to work properly.

My first sign was when I opened the box and there was a slip saying not to return this to the store. . . that if I had any questions call SmartSwipe Customer service. The installation was very simple but it didn’t play well with Gmail or Amazon via Internet Explorer.
You cannot load this program using Firefox. . . you must use Internet Explorer. After installation and reboot, everytime I tried to reach [. . . ], I would get the “page not found” error, directing me to check my connections. I immediately tried other websites with no problem. . . just those two. However, when I used my other browser, Firefox, I can get to Gmail and Amazon as before.
I tried it a few times with the same results each time. When I called Customer Service at SmartSwipe, he litterally said “I never heard of that, man”. I uninstalled it, rebooted and guess what? I can now get to Amazon and Gmail via Internet Explorer again.

Even though the slip said don’t return to vendor, Amazon has a great return policy and I am sending it back tomorrow. I would recommend
skipping this vendor’s item. It would be easier to just buy a pay as you go, credit card from XXXmart and you will be even more secure since your info is not stored on the pay-as-you-go card.
