im seeking a loan to reestablish my poor credit history, loans declined because of my poor credit, help?

I have been searching for a loan but have been turned down because of bad poor credit history. everyone deserves a second chance, but when you are declined, what can you do? I got a car, to reestablished my credit, it is financed through a finance company, i have no late payments, no missed payments, and i have had car going on three years now, without late payments and missed payments, and i was told that would reestablish my credit. I have succeeded in that area, and i am very proud of that, however when applying for a loan, i am declined or denied, only type of loans is offered to me is cash advances, i am seeking a loan that allows me to make monthly payments with low interest rates, long term loans, but i have had no luck. I do not understand why there is no loans to help you, or give you a chance, this is not fair and unjust.
