I have a perfect credit history with my mortgage company, why should I foot the bill for others who don’t?
Am I wrong for being happy that the bailout didn’t go through?
I mean, why should I pay for bad lending practices and loan repayment histories?
Hopefully people will execute more wisdom in their future home purchases.
