How to obtain a low interest loan in Yen if I’m an international customer?

I know it’s possible for larger companies to obtain low-interest loans in Yen that they’ll then use for investment/development elsewhere. I’d like to know whether it’s possible on the personal side?

For example, if you want to invest in property in the Bahamas and would like to get a low-interest Yen loan to pay for the property in the Bahamas.

Does anyone have any experience in this? Or is it even possible?!?!
