A pawn shop will probably be your best bet. Pawn some stuff to get the money. I think that every bank would want you to have an account before they would loan you money. I do not think that any bank will loan you money to pay your rent though. Even pay day loan places will require you to have a checking account. The pawn shop is the best option that will do the loan. You just have to give them some sort of collateral to cover the loan in case you cannot repay it. Historically, people who have to borrow money to pay back rent are more prone to not being able to pay back the loan. That will be a risky loan so collateral will be necessary.
