Do Chrysler Employees require a credit check when financing through Chrysler?

I work at Chrysler but we’re not really allowed to discuss things outside of the job. I want a new car, however i have a repo and my credit is not so hott. I know I can get the discount. All im wondering is are you guaranteed a vehicle simply because you work for the company?
