just cuz its just a cell phone bill…..they dont realise they will have a bad credit y dont help me make people understand ….that clear up things and make sure there accounts dont come in collection if they have a control on it ….

Those thugs call me every day about Telus Mobility and to be honest with you I will pay it as soon as I can but when you’re partially disabled and unemployed, what can you do?

I’m a responsible person, but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when I canceled my service. They kept charging me monthly and when I found out it was $1,000. So I had no way to pay that. Long story short they’ve been calling me since last year.

It really sucks since I never meant for that to happen.

@syndrah I hate when companies take their lovely time fixing the problem, if they fix it at all. And then turn around and expect you pay them for services that you didn’t receive. To me that is the scam. We should stand up to companies and say i didn’t get any service, you don’t get paid. You’re doing a great thing.

If you can PROVE you have suffered a financial loss due to their breach you can also file a tort against them.

my phone stopped working for 2 months and i called in every week to get it fixed, and they wouldnt do it, i sent my phone in to get it replaced and i never got it back. since i havent got any services from telus, i stopped paying, they cancelled my account and demanded that i pay.
