Case-Mate ID Credit Card Case for iPhone 4 (Review)
The Case-Mate ID Card case appears nearly identical to the 3G/3GS case we reviewed last year, except of course to fit the new iPhone 4. The case is essentially the company’s Barely There iPhone case with 2.5mm added to accommodate some cards. The card holder, as the name suggests, can pocket an ID card, but also bank cards or even business cards. The case offers not much added bulk for the feature and should be easy to fit in a pocket like any other iPhone case. lol going to far with this one… who wants to lose their iPhone AND their credit card or debit card? this case is a nightmare waiting to happen.

Nice review Mike. Big bummer that they did not include a full back screen protector it’s as easy as adding another front with out the cut outs.

@Hyzing strictly speaking its for credit cards so ur not technically losing any money
this case has replaced my wallet. All I ever need out of my wallet is my id and debit card. Why carry more than you need? And who needs cash now-a-days?
You know, after I got my iPhone 4, I’ve been watching your videos for information until I had gotten my otterbox defender. Since then I was thinking about unsubscribing, but because you make your videos so well, I enjoy watching them just to see how good of a job you do in making them! Good job haha, you do great.
good case and Idea and I’m all up for compacting but just the thought of losing my phone and credit cards at the same time sends a chill through me….

Looks pretty nice, its a shame the phones exposed a little bit on the back there though.
u would think it would come with a back screen protector to protect from ur credit card numbers from scratching

I’ve had mine for over a month and love it. The material of the case is perfect it doesn’t scratch (at least not from normal everyday use). What I did was use that front screen protector on the back. I just cut a corner for the camera to be exposed and now that protects the glass from the cards.
They use to give a protective film for the back,they must reckon a card won’t scratch glass,huh
