As conservatives often bring up responsiblity with home loans, etc but what about business loan responsibility?

I’m talking about what I’ve often seen many conservatives including both the republicans and libertarian say about responsiblity such as concerning debts or loans which I’ve seen many them often say ‘people should be personally responsible’.

Well then it could be asked what about the ‘personal responsibility’ of businesses and the loans they get?
For example what about all the enormous amounts like the billions and billions in dollars banks have loaned out to CEOs and other wealthy business people for businesses such as huge apartment or condominium complexes that went bankrupt? What about the ‘personal responsibility’ of wealthy business people for loans for malls that have empty stores? That’s just a couple example of business loans gone bad out of many, so that’s why I ask – As conservatives often bring up responsiblity (especially ‘personal responsibility’ concerning things such as home loans, credit cards, etc – what about the ‘personal (financial) responsibility’ of wealthy business people and huge corporations?

Why should middle class and poor people be more ‘responsible’ but wealthy people shouldn’t have to be?

Why should poor and middle class people be more responsible but yet have to bail out wealthy people and corporations?

Which btw, I’m not just talking about banks being responsible, because they obviously should, but since there’s been many conservatives who’s shifted blame from the banks for mortgage loans to middle class and poor people who got laid off their jobs they had with corporations with wealthy CEOs, as I’ve seen implied –
I’m asking then – what about the loans banks have given for huge malls, huge condo and apartments complexes – who should be responsible about those?
